Danielle was born and raised in Northern California. She grew up in a union household and knew her upbringing would guide her to a career representing employees and labor unions.
Danielle graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2013 with a B.A. in History. She then attended the University of Oregon School of Law and earned her J.D. in May 2018. While a law student, Danielle was the Editor in Chief of the Oregon Review of International Law, a Graduate Teaching Fellow for the Dean of Students Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards, and an extern for the Oregon Tax Court.
Following graduation, she worked for a plaintiff-side employment firm in Sacramento, representing teachers in disciplinary, dismissal, and credentialing matters.
