Zach grew up in the Northeast, Southeast, and Midwest as the son of a military family and eventually settled in North Carolina. After finishing college, Zach worked as an independent contractor at industrial plants in 38 different states throughout the US. He gained an appreciation for the labor force in this country and is a staunch supporter of fair wages and working conditions.
Zach graduated from North Carolina State University in 2010 with a B.S. in Environmental Technology, and later received his Master of Environmental Assessment Degree in 2015. He graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law with his J.D. in May 2018. While a law student, Zach was the Executive Editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation, a recipient of the Chapan Clark Award for Editorial Excellence, a Bowerman Fellow, and an oralist for the National Environmental Moot Court Competition.
Prior to joining Tedesco Law Group, Zach worked as a civil litigator in Eugene, Oregon for both plaintiffs and defendants, gaining courtroom experience arguing in hearings and trials. Outside of work, Zach enjoys crossfit, hiking and camping with his significant other, and watching his 9lb. terrier bully his 80lb. coonhound.
